Welcome to Ms. Salazar's Webpage
Welcome my name is Berenice Salazar. This is my third year teaching at Northwest Early College High School. I am currently teaching Algebra 1, Pre-Calculus and Dual Credit Prec-Calculus. Previously I have taught Algebra 2 and Dual Credit Math in the Modern World. Before being a teacher here I taught a year at EPCC Transmountain. There I taught from remedial math courses to Calculus I.
I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas at El Paso with a major in mathematics and minors in Education and Physics, and my Masters Degree in The Arts of Teaching Mathematics. While pursuing my degrees I worked as a math tutor and as a teacher assistant. I really love math and enjoy teaching it.
