My name is Adrian Estorga and I am an instructor at Northwest Early College High School. I currently teach Algebra I, Journalism, Dual Credit PreCalculus, and Digital Interactive Media. I also teach in the evenings at El Paso Community College on the Valle Verde Campus. I previously served Northwest ECHS as the Instructional Coordinator from October of 2011 until June 2015. Before that I was a math instructor at Mission Early College High School from August 2007 to October 2011. My first teaching assignment was at Dr. Hornedo Middle School beginning in August 2003 and ending June 2007.
I received my bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso in the spring semester of 2003. I then briefly pursued a Creative Writing Master’s Degree until I changed course and went for my Master’s in Arts of Teaching Mathematics. I received my degree from UTEP Fall 2007.
I am currently the co-sponsor for The Class of 2018 & 2020, The Protector (Northwest ECHS Yearbook), Northwest Broadcast, THE Committee (a member of National Student Council), and Intramural Sports. I am also the University Scholastic League Campus Coordinator and UIL Journalism Coach. Meeting times for those groups can be found below.
I look forward to serving this campus and your student, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me through the information listed above.
